Nearest tube or how to get to RAD Battersea Square

My son is doing the "Boys Only2 workshop this weekend at RAD in Battersea Square and it looks like it does not have any tube or train stations near there. We are coming from East London and I am wondering if it would be better to just drive there?
Can anyone offer any tips on getting there?

This is a link from the RAD website (though you may already have seen it)

You've probably already tried this too, but
www.tfl.gov.uk allows you to do an advanced search. You can put in your home postcode, the RAD postcode and the time you need to arrive and it will give you detailed maps, routes and times of transport including overground, tube and bus.

Thanks PG, yep already checked them. I guess I was hoping an underground station would magically appear right next to it instead of the bus ride and walk from Sloane Square station.

That would be handy! Could you have a word with Boris?
