Hello i am a 14 year old female from kent. I atttend all the arts theatre school after school on a wednesday. I am currently doing btec performing arts at school and plan to go to brit school for 6th form and then hopefully go on to study at RADA or LAMDA. I have no professional experiance apart from being in a music video at 5months old and doing school plays ect. I loce acting and there is nothing else i want in the world to act so i am detremined to make this happen. I need more experiance before i apply for a good agency e.g curtis brown, should i look on talent circle and mandy.com for a year getting short films? Or join bizzykids until i am 16/17?

I agree with Will! I would definately try and find work for yourself because thousands of people apply to Curtis Brown etc and without much exerience you might get overlooked, no metter how amazing you are
Try local things as well as short films etc, and get involved with drama at school (you said you are doing BTEC which is great, school plays are also good for experience too)
Also, you mentioned a Music Video aged 5 months, I would not put this on your CV because it is not really relevent, as it was so long ago. Just a thing I picked up on.
Good luck!

The best way to get an agent is to invite them to see you perform in a production. Send off your headshot, c.v. and tickets and away you go. Don't expect many responses but keep them up to date by dropping them a line when you get another part or performance. My ds got a top agent that way who met him and signed him before watching the production!
