NYMT and YMT Summer Workshops?

Hi,
I was looking into the musical theatre workshops that NYMT and YMT hold throughout the summer and I just wondered if anybody who had done either of them could tell me what they're like and which they thought was better overall? So, how much you get to do, how enjoyable they are, accommodation etc. Also what the age ranges are like as I'm 18 so I don't want to have to work all day every day with a large group of 10 year olds, but I also would hate to be very much the youngest there!
Anyway, any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
