Anyone who's with Mark Jermin Management?!

I joined Mark Jermin Management in Novemeber 2011, and so far have had no problems with them. I'm hoping someone who's with them may be able to answer this question; come November 2012 will they still represent me, or will I have to do things such as renew my contract with them (I don't mean Spotlight!) or am I still automatically represented by them, unless of course they say otherwise?
Also, if I do want to change Agent's (which I'm not sure I do!) at what point should I inform MJ I am leaving? And how long does period of 'leaving notice' have to be? I looked on my contract but it didn't seem to mention it, unless of course I am just going mad!!](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif "Brick wall")
