Hi,

I used to use ZamZar for downloading youtube videos (after it was recommended to me on this site) and it was brilliant. However now youtube have apparently requested that this function be disabled so ZamZar doesn't work for youtube anymore!

Can anyone recommend another similar site where I can download and convert a youtube video for free (preferably to a mov file) without having to install any software?

There do seem to do some options available but haven't tried any of them yet ... googling alternatives to Zamzar seems to reveal some possibilities which might be worth trying. It's very frustrating

Found one that seems to work - a free download called Clipgrab
