Lancastrian Accent!

Does anybody speak with a Lancastrian accent? My daughter has a recall audition next week and has a few sentences to say in Lancastrian! If possible I'd like to telephone you and read the sentences and for you to read them back so I can see the differences in how they are spoken. Any help much appreciated.

If you get no takers, you could try this website for inspiration:

I would say to your daughter not to get too hung up on the accent. If she's concerned, just aim for general Northern and concentrate on what the character says rather than how she says it. If you get too concerned about getting the accent perfect in audition it can really get in the way of truthful acting - which is what is far more likely to get you the job!

gosh! Its a long time since I've tried a Lancastrian accent. What's it for because that will show how precise you need to be! I.e if it's for Londoners you can trick us easily ( no offence, I'm from London too) OR if it's Lancaster and the surrounding area you really have to try hard to get it right! :o
