Any other NAPMers off to Move It next week?
I'm taking DD and her friend on Saturday. No classes booked but I 'm looking forward to the performances and the exhibition stands.

Oh Kitschqueen our lives are so very parallel !!
We're going down on Thursday and going on the Friday - school are allowing it as a 'careers advice' day.....how kind !
DD got a couple of lessons booked ( contemp and MT ) and a couple of lectures on career advice.
Also doing a HUGE shop as hubby is coming for first time so wallet is available !!
Pity you're not there Friday as I'm meeting up with riverdancefan and DS.
We could have 'caught a Costa' as my DD informs me is now the term for having a coffee together ....
Have a great time everyone going - this will be our 4th year and still think it possibly gets bigger and better.
OH is hoping to catch a glimpse of Kimberley Wyatt !

What a pity our paths won't pass Dancediva! ( and Riverdancefan)
However I would prefer to share a Shiraz than catch a Costa!
Hope your dd is enjoying her CAT.
Have a great time everyone

When I went to London before Christmas my DH had hidden his credit card in the car as a surprise.
After what I spent then I don't think he'll be doing it again!!!

We are going on the Sunday - DH has booked loads of classes!!
DD wanted to go to the Afro-Jazz - but it's a Master class so she can't
& school won't let her have Friday off and the CAT won't let her have Saturday off

We had the same problem Katymac.
Luckily school are letting her take the Friday as a careers day and we will be back in time for Saturdays CAT.
DD is about to take her options so hoping for lots and LOTS of info.
Shes doing a few classes, some with riverdance's DS which should be interesting to see if they can stop talking long enough to dance !!
Tickets have come - excited now !

Does anybody know if there is anything similar to Move It in the Manchester area? It looks really good, my dd I think would love it, she is 13.

Hi Streetfeet, by coincidence my DD's dance teacher mentioned on Friday that she had heard that MOVE IT is planning on coming to Manchester. Obviously not happened this year but who knows for 2014

dd had a good day, but her tap masterclass was cancelled because of a dangerous ceiling...she enjoyed the comercial fusion class though...

DS had a great day too
Got to spend time with dance Diva's DD which was great, they did two classes together, musical theatre with Performers College...
And Jazz dance with Urdang
Then we watched a performance by CPA, Mandy Ellen's and Millennium in the small theatre, we really enjoyed that, especially the Millennium performance !!
Usually do tap but had a change this year.
A great day all in all but HECK!! The prices of food and drink!!!
Glad we brought our own
