HI Everyone

I have just signed my son up to starnow but cant seem to upload his headshot for profile pic its saying needs approval from starnow team has anyone else come across this?

It probably just means that it will appear once Starnow has had a look at it. I imagine that's to prevent totally unsuitable images from being uploaded!

This always happen when you upload a photo, they will appear on his page anywhere from a few minutes to a day. Strangely it doesn't happen with videos!

I have got the pictures uploaded but cant seem to get the headshot to upload????

There was something on the Starnow facebook page today from their office in New Zealand saying that there had been a mini earthquake that they couldn't get into their office today so theres a backlog of messages to catch up on. Don't worry. They are usually very quick, within 24hours, to approve photos. Hang on til Tuesday or Wednesday and it will be there. Good luck
