Official Facebook Page

Has anyone got a Facebook page for their DC's on a professional level. Most have starnow/kids casting call pro. DD has a personal Facebook account and I'm wondering if I should do an official one just for work purposes? Trying to keep her private & professional life separate if that makes sense or is it a bad idea? Any advice greatly appreciated.
The reason I ask is she has lots of school kids requesting to be friends on Facebook. They are interested in what she's doing but these are not people she is friends with in real life so I wouldn't be comfortable with her adding strangers as friends on Facebook

Hi Doodoos!!
I created a page for DS, mainly as a source of info for friends and family who are really supportive of him and interested in him..to keep up with everything he does.
Toby and I are the managers and the filter is set very strong on the page for swearing, profanity and there are certain barred words I have set - in case any of his "friends" think it's funny to have a go at him. Nothing nasty so far....
I don't want to kep boring everyone on my personal FB page and T really doesn't talk much about what he does on his own FB ...It's just not what you do
- he is very humble about it all.
I haven't been keeping it up much lately, but here is a link so you get an idea..

Thanks Riverdancefan, I had a look and it's great! I've done her page just haven't published it yet. I will like T's later so I can keep up to date!

What a brilliant idea. Helpful to not annoy friends & family who aren't particularly interested in what the children do, and allowing strangers to show support without getting access to personal information. Sounds win- win to me!

a bit off topic but just wondered is there an official napm facebook page? thought it might be quite good to have a group n then we can be updated on newsfeed on that too what everyones up to
and add peoples pages x
