It looks amazing - do you think they will do a UK production? (probably not)
So, who wants to come with me & see this?

He could go and he could shine, not just stay here counting time,

If they came over I think it would be like the Scottsboro Boys; where (I assumed) the American dancers came over here to perform, rather than a British production with British dancers
But it would be perfect for DD.........in a year or 3!

Scottsboro Boys has at least 1 british boy in - Carl Spencer, he comes from ActNow Entertainment that a few of our DCs have been doing MT with. He's a really super performer and a lovely young man.

How lovely - we met some of them after the show & they were clearly american (or at least it seemed so to me)
I loved the show but was shocked at how close the 'history' of it was to DD; her Grandfather would have been a young man at the time of the play & soon after he was working in the southern states/Caribbean. It made it very 'close' to us as a family
But DD lovedthe Tap & the songs (she wanted to sing the 'home' one for her auditions but we couldn't get the sheet music)
