Agent news :)

As some of you know we have been on the hunt for a new agent with DD after a not-so-smooth ride with her previous one.
After a good few months of CV sending, Headshot sending, and cover letter writing we a delighted to say that she in now represented by Scream Management
She is so pleased because we had been trying for this agent for a while.
Was so annoyed today to receive an email which we would have been over the moon about a week ago, from Robert Kelly Associates saying they loved her monologue and want to meet her next week in London
However, having just accepted screams offer we will give it a miss, strange how things happen, but we only met scream last week and loved the agency straight away, Robert Kelly asked her to send a monologue self tape in back in December telling us to get it to them before the 6th of jan, and despite emails to check if they had received it, only just replied today asking to meet her ( this may not seem long but as we all know when agent deciding, it really is) whereas scream have been fantastically efficient, answering all my questions and sending contract straight away etc...
So DD is now proudly represented by scream, fingers crossed for lots of castings in the future
Just thought wed share, thought it was funny how two weeks ago we were fretting about not ever getting seen by a good agent and now two coming through in one go
