HELP OPENING PHOTOS DOWNLOADEd FROM DROPBOX

DS got new photos taken for Spotlight just got them sent over from Dropbox they have downloaded to laptop in zip file tryed to open them but when I click on them nothing happens just wondered if any if you lovely people can help me thanks going mad

If you right click, does it give you a 'decompress' or 'unzip' option?

http://sonjabrenna.com she is a Aunty for a friend I met in LA he is my cousins sons friend really he was over here and his Aunty took photos if him I loved them so asked if she was a pro he said yes gave me her details am really pleased with them
