Any Help/Advice To Offer?

Hello,

I'm new to this site, and I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I have three daughters,

A 14 year old girl , who is interested in musical theatre. She is 5ft and looking for jobs/agent.

An 11 year old girl, who loves acting/singing. She is 4ft9 and looking for little jobs.

A 5 year old girl, who loved to sing/dance.

I was just wondering what opportunities are available for them, as I can't really tell!

Could you please also recommend some excellent agencies for them? My 14 year old has been turned down from a couple, and no replies from some, which has slightly put her off, but we shall fight through this!

Thank you so much!

Welcome to NAPM :D

In terms of agencies - what suits one won't necessarily suit another.

It will pay dividends to look through all the threads on agencies and make some notes and then apply to those that seem good to you. Most professional jobs are cast in London (some are cast in Manchester - and a few are cast elsewhere). If you are considering professional work you will need to make sure that your children's schools will be supportive.

It may be best to concentrate on local, amateur opportunities as there often more of these around than professional opportunities.

Otherwise, you can keep an eye on the audtion threads for the appropriate age groups.

There's a wealth of information on the board - so do read as many of the posts as you can - you may be surprised how much information you can pick up!
