Multiple Agents

Post by ammdxx »

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if this a stupid question but I recently signed with an agent and another one has now contacted me about a meeting, and I'm basically just thinking about the future. Is it possible to have more than one agent, do they frown upon it?

Thankyou!

It depends if the agent you are with...and the one who has contacted you are sole agents or non-sole! The Best/Top agents are ALL sole Agents....if you are with a good one, there is no reason to be with more than 1 !! :)

It is possible to have two agents if they represent children for background work. I think if you are on Spotlight then you should only have one agent because a cd will see you on there and they need to know who to contact. Also, as the op said most agents insist on this anyway.
