I think unless you have something specific in mind (location, or a certain type of work etc) then it's very difficult to recommend one agent over another, as it tends to vary dramatically from person to person..

However, both Gordon and French and Shepherd Management are very reputable agents, and if you are in the lucky position of having to choose between them, I would go with the one you feel you 'clicked' with most, and had the best communication with, as this is obviously hugely important.

Wow, they're both absolutely amazing agencies, you can't go wrong with either of them! Perhaps Shepherd Management have slightly more younger clients so might be more suitable for a 16 year old, but Gordon and French are one of the best and most exclusive agencies out there so to get on their books would be just fantastic!
