Does anyone know of a production of West Side Story on somewhere over the summer? Local group or music theatre degree show etc One being taken to Edinburgh fringe would be perfect......

Ds possibly doing the choreography of a school production (very small stage) and looking to see how others have done it. It's 3 or 4 years since he saw the tour so apparently he can't remember a thing!

Might be a bit short notice as it runs from tomorrow until Sunday and not many tickets left, if you can make it you are in for a treat!

Thanks Ditzi. It looks fab but ds has AS levels starting in a week so we need performances later in the summer. I think I've found one by Stage Experience at York Opera House at the end of July but an Edinburgh Fringe one or a Manchester or a performing arts degree course one would trump that - anyone?

My dd is taking part in the York production. The choreographer is fantastic and has an excellent reputation in the North (Leeds, York etc) her productions are always of an incredibly high standard. (As this one is a stage experience production it is all done within 2 weeks).

Cookycrew, when and where is A in WSS, we'd like to come if we can fit it around Bugsy rehearsals/show?

Francescasmum It's on at The Grand Opera House & there are 4 shows - Thursday 30th July, Friday 31st July both at 7.30, then Saturday 1st August 2.30 & 7.30. Let us know if you can make it.
