I need some help with KCCP (about a video I uploaded)

I uploaded a showreel on to KCCP for DD & it shows OK on my computer; but she is away and on her computer it doesn't show well at all
Could someone who uses KCCP please look at it & tell me if it's OK (if you pm me I can link it)
