Have you got a boy or a girl? Mine (female) was with one of those agencies you've named from age 11/12. The amount of auditions she got in 4 years didn't run into double figures, if fact I can only just go past counting them on one hand. Her headshot was never updated (despite paying). one year we were approached by spotlight direct to pay the fee instead of the agency contacting us as they previously had and the following year we'd not realised the time to pay was up again, never heard from them and DD realised when she checked it she was no longer with the agency - no correspondence about it. I feel the agency concerned is far too big, it was used by DD's drama group and my experiences are far from unusual.
