Moonwalk - Help needed pleeeeaaaasssee

Post by Dawn »

not the Michael Jackson move   its the 26 mile power walk round London to raise money for Breast Cancer that i mean

Anyway, me and 4 friends are doing the Playtex Moonwalk this coming Saturday 15th May 2010 and for the uninitiated its a 26 mile power walk overnight in your Bra and some fancy dress around the streets of London. We set off from Hyde park around 11:30 pm and hope to finish in under 7 hours. We have been training hard and have sort of neglected the fund raising bit oops  so now have a last minute push to raise some money.

Please visit our fundraising page on the link below and I will be very grateful if you only even spare £2. every bit helps and most people know someone who has been affected by Breast Cancer. I'm Tracey the one on the far left of the Photo and I am walking dressed as the Witch from the Wizard of Oz and of course a black bra as having your bra on show is compulsory! Arrrrgggghhh

Thanks fellow NAPMers

Tracey

I did the moon walk a couple of years ago - it's amazing fun, although tough to keep going all night!

Good luck - I KNOW you can do it..let us know how it goes!

Love Juliet

Have donated. =D>

Hi Tracey

I did a 26 mile overnight walk once and it was a perfect warm calm night and we had a great time - don't know what would have happened if it had been cold or wet, so I wish you all the very best of luck and well done fundraising for such a good cause =D>
