Hi does anyone know if they are auditioning for this film and will they be looking in the UK?

Well there will be auditions for the film, I assume, but I also wonder wether people in the UK will be considered for casting...

Also: Does anyone know who the casting director for 'Maximum Ride' is?

All I have found out is Catherine Hardwicke is supposed to be the director and is waiting for the script before getting a cd involved. I hope that they give the UK a chance at the auditions - it would be a fantastic film to be involved in. Any ideas when the script will be complete??

I was under the impression that they'd already cast it. I've seen anadvert for it might have been a fanvid though. If they haven't cast though I'd love to audition! But wouldthey have UK auditions?

According to a French website, the casting director is Sarah Halley Finn:

From browsing around, it seems like it will be a completely American film. Here's a bit more info:
"Pre-production of the first film adapted from the first novel started. This will be the adaptation of Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment. The cast[ing] has already started with the company Sarah Halley Finn. Filming will take place including Death Valley and Los Angeles in California and in several areas of Colorado. We already know the name of the director and fans of Twilight will be pleased to know that this is Catherine Hardwicke, director of the first part of the saga Twilight."
