West End Kids: Summer Holiday 1 Day WEK:Workshops

If you saw the West End Kids "Glee Medley" at any of our performances over the past few months, you will be itching to get in on the action yourself!

We have written a brand new 2nd Glee Medley based on the Glee "Sing-Off" including Halo and Walking On Sunshine; and this new Glee Medley will form the material for the August 2010 1 Day Workshops.

1 day WEK: Workshops are a fantastic way to find out what it's really like to be one of the famous West End Kids and take part in an intensive workshop "WEK style". Register at the West End Kids Website.

During your WEK: Workshop you will work on;

- Song
- Choreography
- Strength & Fitness
- Vocal Technique
- Story-Telling Performance
- Vocal Harmony

You also have the option of requesting that the WEK Workshop doubles up as an audition for a place in the famous Main West End Kids Company; allowing you more time in a smaller group to impress us and stake your claim!

The WEK: Workshops are designed for young performers aged 10-18yrs who want to experience West End Kids for themselves; find out what rehearsals are all about and to see if they are suited to the unique results based style of West End Kids coaching.

Do you know the dates in August?

Not sure if this is the right place and I'm not exactly a non-pushy (or pushy) mum, but I've just paid for and registered for a one-day workshop on October 25th. However, it's registered in my name but my mum (I'm in the process of convincing her to sign up for this forum, I think she'd like it ) is the one whose name the payment is in. Will they know it's for me, will they make the association etc? And where will the details be sent?
