I realise this can be subjective but I am interested in hearing about various agents and what its like to work with them

What is the norm?
Which agent are you with?
Have they charged you a fee to join (other than spotlight fee)?
If so how much?
Do they allow you be with a separate agent for modelling voice overs etc?
Do they give you regular updates on what your child has been submitted for?
Does your agent give feedback on any unsuccessful auditions or even an answer?
Do they keep in touch with you when your child is working (probably only relevant with long contracts or tours etc) with a "hows it going" call or e-mail etc?
Are they approachable, do you feel able to call them to discuss things that you may have heard are in the pipeline etc?
Do you feel valued as a client of theirs?
If you have any concerns (i.e chaperones, working hours, health & safety etc) do they take them seriously?
I realise that this is a long list but am interested in your views and realise that most of you will not wish to post in public. Please PM me if this is the case.
I promise to keep all answers confidential but may even produce some general results if enough people answer.
Thanks guys
Dawn .x.
ps I am asking these questions purely from an interest point of view. No hidden agenda
