Are Eurokids legit?

I was filtering through pages and pages of agents in New South Wales, looking for one that wasn't on the other side of the planet ( ) when I came across Eurokids.
On the website it says: If successful there is a representation fee of only £99 + vat which includes a photo shoot at our studios when a fantastic range of images will be taken for your agency portfolio. These are used for your agency profile and will be used to promote you in relevant printed/electronic publications as well as featuring in our client directory!
Does this mean that it's a scam as it charges money? Or is it fair because it's for the cost of the photos? Thanks in advance!

As far as i'm aware it's legit, just because it charges money doesn't mean it's a scam with child agencies.
Other better agencies cost more, and some cost less, it just depends.
Although i've heard a lot of mixed things about them, and generally view them negatively myself. I'd stay away if i were you. Although others on here may have a different opinion.
