Audition was yesterday. DD came out very happy, they were very welcoming and she really enjoyed the experience. Lots of kids there so no idea if she'll get a place on the books but it was certainly worth attending. :)

My DD didn't get a place. She thought the audition had gone well but as it was her first I suppose she had nothing to compare it with. Not really sure what to do now, would be happy if she could audition for local panto or something to get some experience and to have fun but don't know where to find those kind of opportunities.

Thanks, sorry about your dd. Read through my posts and you will see how many rejections ds had before getting anywhere. Hopefully that will help!!

Fudge97 why don't you try a smaller agent until your dd gets some experience :)

I think I might suggest that to her in a few months' time. She will have a couple of festivals under her belt then too so, as long as they go ok, her confidence should be back up again. How do find out who the decent agents are though? Thanks x
