problems with website?

hello, sorry to ask but i am having some problems with sending pms on my account?

i done these quite a few times before, but suddenly it is no longer working?
everytime i try to send one it comes up with message such as 'user is not valid'?
any help would be much appreciated!

Have u tried deleting some of the messages u have sent yr out box may be full so u wont be able to to send pm then
