Thank you very much Luckn'Fate and Shortguy for those very supportive and kind words. They are very much appreciated! :D

Another question from me (!) : But were you able to view the photos that were taken of your DD's/DS's? Were you sent the artistes catalogue or something?

Many thanks for answering my previous questions! :)

Yes Paggle. They are an agency just for extras and adverts. :)

With Casting Collective you can view your photos online in the artistes section

I was accepted by Ray Knight Casting at the end of June this year after the third time applying. They got me my first job two weeks later on BBC 'The Cut', then the following week I was an extra on 'Eastenders' and the week after that I was asked to be a regular student nurse on 'Holby City', which is where I currently work up to 4 days a week! It's great experience and fun to be on set. I'm with lots of other agencies too, but Ray Knight Casting are definately the best. xx :D

Ghostofpp I am in exactly the same position as yopu but my agent said that i cannot be with another agency as well as them.
does anyone know if that includes Exras agencies or is it just agencies for main roles (If you know what I mean),
and also, does anyone know of any extras agencies that take on clients from outside the London area?
Thanks

Yes I do understand what you mean! You would have to check with your main agent if they are happy for you to go with extras agancys as well. My sons agency are quite happy as they appreciate he needs to earn money while waiting for casting so he belongs to a number of extras agencys as well.

we are outside London although commutable for any London jobs but are finding that alot of the work is outside London now. Where abouts are you?

I'm in Warwickshire. I can get to London for castings by train (usually 1 and 1/2 hours :? ) but most exras agencies sa that you must live withing a certain radius of London and I am much to far away. I guess I'll have a look around and talk to my agent. Thanks :)

Hi charlotterose. It might be worth looking at Celex casting if you're in the Midlands.
