agency quiet? pls advise x

hello; new to all this; but my son is with an agency has has been for a few yrs now, he's 8 and in the past hes had a few auditions and jobs however this year nothing, his renewal will be due later this year and im really contemplating it, any ideas?x :roll:

I think my advice would be to chat to your agent first of all. Sometimes it is just luck of the draw.

You might like to think about getting a showreel together (a home made one is ok, providing the sound and lighting is good) as this may increase his chances of being seen. If your agent is good and proactive and interested, he/she should be willing to meet you to talk about what you can do to increase his chances of being seen.

ah thankyou,
the agency is part of a stageschool so its done through spotlight so i think a showreel etc will be out of the question i just wondered if it was quiet everywhere or whether its just he doesnt fit whats out there at the moment x

you can upload showreels to spotlight i am trying to organise one for my dc at the moment
