Jackie Palmer agency - Advice Needed!

Hi , I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with the Jackie Palmer Agency, or if anyone was with them??
I have been offered an audition with them (Yay!) in a few weeks and have been asked to do 2 contrasting monologues, so does anyone have any tips on what sort of thing they are looking for?

And although they are based in High Wycombe, all the auditions once represented by them are in London, right?!
