Abacus Agency Auditions autumn

hey guys! just wondering if anyone had heard back after sending in their details about the audition to get onto the agency?!

I don't think anyone has heard anything about Autumn auditions yet ... I suspect they may do some around half-term time

We heard a few weeks ago
They said they will be in touch in December x

I have just sent off a brief update on Flo's CV, since she has done loads of stuff since she first submitted it. I'll let you know if we hear anything, and if you hear meantime it would be good to know too.

did not hear a peep from them..and DS has some pretty good things on his CV...
I know of a 9 year old who has just given them notice to go back to her own agency because of lack of castings and work...and she has a BRILLIANT CV ..

I sent an application for Abacus around December and they emailed asking for a videod monologue- but have heard nothing since!

Do you mean they're leaving Abacus? I have only heard good things about them! Which agency have they gone back to?

Im sure they are good, but in the case of my friends DD , it wasn't the right choice and the work and castings that she was used to did not happen, so she decided to return to her old agency , not all agencies work out for all I guess ...

That's a shame-I gave them a call and they said they hadn't even started looking at the videos yet!

I don't think there is that much work about so don't think Abacus will audition till it picks up no use taking any one on if they can not get a lot of people on there book work. Ds has been with them about 4 years now, I find we do not get as menu auditions with them as old agent but the ones he gets are very good feature film, TV, around October you get a read out of what you have been put up for what you have been seen for what recalls you have got and jobs you have done. They have around 250 on there books that includes young adults and adults.
