All the sites seem to lead back to this http://www.showfax.com/role_selection.c ... 3&p=115498 one, and it seems like they'll literally watch any audition video (even those without an agent/international) of one of these pieces. And I'm actually willing to pay for something as big as this... but the only problem is, I can't seem to find where to submit to.
Any ideas/further info?

I think you would be wasting your money...
If you decide to go ahead with it then you would presumably have to send your audition in via this company. Whether or not it would actually reach the Casting Director it is difficult to say. It's not really possible to tell whether this route has been sanctioned by the Casting Director or whether this site is like lots of the slightly dodgy British sites that appear to offer a conduit to CDs for high profile castings, but have actually just copied information from other casting information sites. Judging by previous posts on this thread it looks as though casting is well on its way.
