Acting CV

I am 16 years old (on mums account), and need to update my CV, however I don't think my old one had the right structure/information so I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to write a good acting CV. Sorry if this has been addressed before but I really need some help with it, and I do not have an agent to help me. I do not have too much experience, just one short film and several plays.
