Hi everyone,

One their website, Abacus Agency say that they charge you a fee for joining Spotlight. Do they only go through Spotlight or do they work like a normal agency, getting jobs the usual way?

Any good agency is going to want its clients to be registered on Spotlight ... it's a bit like having good quality headshots ... a necessary expense!
