Thanks for that link, PG - fantastic!!!

With regards to the JH article, I read it and didn't feel offended by it as I KNOW I'm not a MFH, but have DEFINITELY come across a few in my time.........both at auditions and in professional and amateur shows/classes etc.

Having said that, I have also experienced a few MFH/DFH during DS' brief involvement with a local youth football team, and at gymnastics classes.

I can think of a few from the Primary School playground, too!

I think you will always find a small minority wherever there are parents and kids involved.......it's just human nature.

If it's any consolation, you get the odd OFH (owner from hell) when out walking a dog, too! These are the owners who think their darling pooch is the best behaved pooch on the field, even when it's running into people, peeing up people's legs, humping other dogs, nicking other dogs' toys, snapping at other dogs etc etc...........and then they complain when another dog so much as sniffs theirs!!!

Just thought I'd lighten the mood! :D

Thanks Pg........ bears what in the woods ... that must have been what I trod in!

...and I am definitely OFH as pretend not to be with naughty pooch when it misbehaves " Who me no it's not mine."

Was going to say about DFH, met one once who seemed great until ds didn't get kept back for script reading, then turned very vocal, was embarssed to be stood near him and talking to him just before, eeek!

Also have recently met CFH (child) who spoke to his mother in the most appalling way, just sat with my mouth open thinking mine would never get away with that! (Trouble is as I said to DS at the time bet he's the one that gets the job, lifes like that).

As others have said fortunately this seems to be a rarity, honestly have never met so many nice people as I have since ds decided to do acting.

I do have to say as a quiet on-looker and people watcher, I see very few parents like that, the majority are quiet, respectful and only there supporting and taxi-ing children.I guess I don't see it from her point of view, or have the same contact with parents as she does.
