Advent AWP10 Printer not printing

Tried to print from my printer last night I know it has ink, will print when I use it to copy and print a letter and a photo but will not print from any of the documents I have on my lap top did a test print and that is ok when I try and print the paper comes through and sounds like it is printing any one on here go any idea what is wrong thanks

When my printer plays up it is sometimes necessary to uninstall and reinstall it ... a pain, I know, but might be worth a go if all else fails.

Assuming you are actually set to the correct printer, since you say it feeds paper through when you try, check that the settings against the printer haven't been changed to anything screwy - when you go to print something, click the "preferences" button, and check that it all looks OK in there. Ones to check are the Quality settings, colour/b&w etc.
