Thanks Cops and igloobabe, have to give photographer the credit, she takes amazing pics and the hoodie one is my fave too. Thanks to everyone whos viewed his profile, iv'e gone back and viewed and favourited most on here too. I have a question though, when you search the talent directory what moves them up the pages as hes got a lot more views than others but hasnt moved - i'm thinking it's better to be on first pages before people get bored of looking lol

I really wouldn't worry about that, if he applied for a job it would be in the queue with anyone else no matter where he would be on the search
Very rarely are you approached directly with an employer offerring work as such.
Feedback places you higher on the search I think more than views...
He's only just joined so it will take time to get him to the front of the searches and I don't think that will prejudice him

Have added all three as faves.

One piece of advice , for those who sing or act get some audios or videos of your dcs singing or as Caden has, readings to demonstrate voice, as it gives the profile more depth. There's some fab pics on all of yours - that's probably where mine fall down as we only have amateur shots mainly.

For dancers, again, a short clip of them in a show is great but be careful about including other children - I had to ask permission for some of mine.
