DS Going To Miss His Prom

Post by Irishdancer »

DS prom is going to be 6th July when we are going to be in LA. I have told him he can do some thing with his friends before we leave. Has any one got any idea what I can arrange for them that is not going to be to expensive? LA trip is costing a lot and his friends will be paying out for the prom don't want DS to miss out although he will have a great time in LA just want him to do some thing special with his friends.

How about a drive round in a limo and then dinner at Nandos (choice of all youngsters it seems!)?

Not sure where you live but I know there's lots of art house cinemas which offer private boxes etc... the Tricycle in Kilburn is lovely and Screen on the Green are great too.

Or a local gig were they allow under 18s to attend with adult supervision?

And if you want to save money, all teens love a house party. Though you'd have to be strict about Facebook etc...

Good luck with your decision.

How about an activity like paintballing ... bit more expensive than usual birthday party things like bowling but my two have always LOVED it on the rare occasions they have done it!
