Hi. My DC has been called for a casting for a short film job applied for on Kids CCP. How do I know this is genuine. It sounds good and venue is a Uni in London but when I google the production company I can't find anything. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

You could telephone the university, but it sounds like a student film to me, my dd has been approached several times for student films through KCCP.

I think students usually just make up a name for their production company when they start making short films at college so it's unlikely to come up on google.

Thank you for the replies-the script they sent through looks genuine as does the contact email, as in no spelling mistakes,etc. Sounds like an interesting project so good luck to my DC.

Good luck to him, it sounds OK to me, my dds did something similar at a UNI near us.
