No agencies are easy to get into, and A&J is one of the top agencies, particularly for children. They represent clients such as Holly Earl, who has been working consistently in film and TV since she was 3, and Eloise Webb, who starred in The Scapegoat alongside Matthew Rhys and Sheridan Smith and has been cast as the young Cinderella in Disney's upcoming live-action remake.

To be honest, if you really are good and want to get work through an agent, then you don't want to be with one that takes on absolutely every child making it very easy to get into. You want done that know what type of child they want to represent, will only take on a few, makes for a far more reputable agency meaning you are more likely to succeed and more likely to be sent to briefs that fit you well.

Good idea:)) I need a less well known one (less competition?)

I don't think that that's what she meant. What she's trying to say is that if you really want to get good jobs and many oppurtunities than you should be ready to face rejection in order to get into a good agency.
This industry is cut-throat (which I have realised after only 2 auditions and two rejections) and if you can't handle rejection then maybe it isn't for you because people will always be rejected.
Remember that having an agency doesn't secure jobs, you'll have to audition for jobs and probably get rejected a few times.
I hope that doesn't seem mean but, although I'm sure your talented, there will always be rejection.

What I meant was that you don't necessarily want to apply to one that's 'easy' to get into as generally speaking those are the less reputable ones, accept everybody and more than likely, you'll end up with zilch, or very few auditions.

You ideally want to aim for the agents who are choosier about who they have on their books in my opinion.
