I guess if your DD is going to castings and getting work via your current agent there wouldn't be a need to change. We're sort of known to SYA already since my DD is on their books. As far as she is concerned I have been very happy with them. I honestly don't know what I'd suggest would be better. Maybe go along to the workshop and see how you feel. You might have an opportunity to ask questions. You'd then be in a better position to make a decision which is the right one for your DD. Anyway look forward to meeting you on the 10th.
