Merrily We Roll Along
Does anyone know this show in particular what does the child 'Young Frank' have to do?

I love it! One of my favourite Sondheim shows (and I do LOVE Sondheim!)
The story is told backwards starting in the 1970s and going back to the 1950s. Each scene is linked by the ensemble singing the title song and the years of the previous and following scene. I think the Young Frank usually has a solo in one of these links. Acting wise it isn't a big part, but this is a great ensemble show so it depends on the production.
It is really hard to explain this show - it is SO much better than it sounds.
