Thanks suesmith :)
She has her Urdang degree/funding recall on 30th March, then Laine's 22/23/24 April, don't know which date yet. All the others are done, phew!
I'll think she'll probably go to Bird as student finance will make life so much easier for her but she can't quite let go of her Laine dream yet... We'll see :)

Well it's £100 deposit - which (although I can't afford it) I am fairly happy to pay in case we don't get a DaDA - but then you have to pay the first instalment for the course at the beginning of July - so if a DaDA comes through after that it will be a massive wrench

TBH I'm not sure what I'd do

I'm sure that if you paid the £1000 and then she got a DADA they would reimburse you.

Katymac - what a dilema :? Fingers crossed that the DaDa offers come through - either way - before you have to pay out too much money :)

Katymac, sorry I've worried you :(
Fingers crossed your DD gets a DaDA but if it is a reserve place you'll be able to judge the likelihood once you know her place. In the case that I was referring to the girl was told she was no.7 on the list originally.

Suesmith, nice to live so close. For us Stoke to Epsom would be a bit too far to commute! You don't want to take in a lodger do you? ;)
