Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this agency as I am thinking of applying there/?? thank you!

I looked at here web site they have some big names, it's very hard to get in with adult agency unless you have had a lot of experience and a good show reel although I have known some take people on with out any experience, the trouble is this is the wrong time of the year to apply as they are taking on students who have finished there courses and are doing show cases which all the best agents are going to, to try and represent the best of the bunch. Some times you can be lucky if you apply to a agent and one of the assistants are trying to get there own Clint's and you have sent your CV in at the right time. Meetings for adult agency's are very different than meetings for Children's agents, you don't have to do a work shop or get a monologue ready they just want to meet you and talk to you. DD has two friends with them (17 and 18) they were both spotted in shows and approached and are both very talented. Good luck , they seem like an agency that pick a smaller number of specific clients and promote them well.
Interestingly, I sat by one of their agents once and had a long chat with him, something he said has haunted me ever since, he said that he wasn't really interested in signing middle class white musical theatre girls (at that moment) , because no matter how talented there were loads of them and that each performer needs a USP. I thought it was probably good advice, although very depressing for the mother of a middle class white girl!
