Has anybody any experience of this or been asked to go to a recall? Would like to discuss the contract - please DM if you're more comfortable with that.

my dd and ds are going to a recall next week so I'll let you know what happens! I wasn't aware there was a contract involved and I certainly haven't signed anything yet.
