Does anybody know how long it takes for Bird to make a decision. I tried calling them but no answer... Thank you!

Thank you Lorry! I think our daughters auditioned at Chichester on the same day, January 16th? Congratulations! How did she hear from them? We're still waiting...

As for Bird, when did she audition? Mine did on January 15th...

DD has just received an offer for 1 year Foundation at Urdang.
Thrilled as she was one of the youngest at the audition last week.

Well done to all DCs on their offers. Our update for DD is so far she has had: a no from Bird, a recall from BRIT School Musical Theatre Strand (we are out of catchment so only a few places available) and on Wednesday an offer from Italia Conti London for the Diploma (yay!). She is over the moon with the diploma offer but knows she can't go without funding and they won't know about that til May. It will be a long wait. Of course we have to pay the dreaded £250 "marketing fee" - non refundable. Just wondering how many others in the past have paid the fee to no avail? If anyone has any more info or experience on what the chance of getting funding is at Conti's Is I would love to hear from you. Also I forgot to ask how many places on the diploma there were at Conti's so if anyone knows that also that would be great.

She still has Urdang and Laine to go. Can anyone who has had Diploma offers from Urdang or Laine tell me if they also ask for a non refundable fee to hold the place until funding decisions?
