That's great thanks! I think they send a list out in May/June. DD has been 'chatting' on social media with others students due to start in sept. I've kind of left it in her court at the moment hoping it all gets sorted :D worst case senario we do live kind of close enough for her to commute but not ideal x

Arts Ed set up a Facebook page each year for the new starters. It's started by the previous year and those in their final year advertise their flats/rooms which is how my ds got his place. Arts Ed is in a lovely area but can be a bit pricey. The better accommodation did seem to come through current students moving on though.
All new to me!

Hi everyone! Posted here a few months about my central audition.
Since then, I've managed to get a recall for GSA which is tomorrow!! :D :D
i was just wondering if anyone had any experience with guilford BA acting recall auditions and what they typically entail?
In my first audition I only performed my contemporay audition and I have read that in the second audition they will ask you to perform whatever you did not previously perform.
HOWEVER, i've also read its best to go with your most confident audition piece regardless of what you did first time? I would be worried doing this, getting caught out and being rejected on that basis.
Any advice on recalls in general would be very useful. This is my only recall out of the 4 drama schools i applied to which is understandable with it being my first year so i really want to make this one count.
THANKS X

My ds also attended the Urdang degree/funding recall on Saturday.
He said they will find out the results by Thursday.

Does anyone know of any boys getting into urdang with funding at 16? My ds has been offers a place and has a recall audition but not until April - I'm wondering if that's a bad sign!!!

jpearce1504 don't worry the recalls for Urdang at the moment are for the degree so therefore 18plus, the diploma recall for 16plus is in April, we are there as well on the 19th.
Bring it on!!!

Does anyone know how long Arts Ed usually take before you hear after auditions? My DS was there on Tuesday 10th just for a singing recall but hasn't heard anything yet. The waiting is the worst bit I think. I have decided I'm not good at being patient!!! He started auditioning early so the whole process seems to have been going on forever!

Also, has anyone heard from Urdang yet after the recalls last Saturday?
