Many thanks Sue, we are extremely proud of her, we're going to accept the offer & ask our Gp to fill in the enclosed medical certificate & that way she will be sat on the reserve list [-o<

Good luck to everyone else still waiting x

Hi CHEK, congratulations to your dad. My dd is also on the reserve list for funding at Bird. She has a bursary offer for another college and a DADA offer at Bodyworks but is massively struggling to make a decision where she wants to go at the moment. I think we have discounted Stella Mann and is turning down her DADA there and also discounting the foundation offers at Laine and Urdang. She is still 15 and about to start her GCSEs so is struggling to make decisions I think with a head full of revision. Well done to everyone on their offers. We have come a long way since September and sending off our applications everyone :D \:D/

Wow mummyofmylittlestar huge congratulations to your Dd, she has done amazing =D> My Dd loved Laine last year & also got offered their foundation course however due to the costs we unfortunately declined the place, but loved the feedback given. Bird became her firm favourite, hoping she has a bit more luck with the reserve list this year!
Let me know what your Dd decides x

WOW! well done on all the offers.... =D>
we were in a similar position 3 years ago with dd getting offers at Urdang, Bird, Stella Mann, Millennium, Chichester, D&B (scholarship) and Bodywork.
We discounted Stella Mann and D&B, and after much consideration she decided on Bodywork...she was lucky enough through all her hard work to receive the college scholarship for her final year (which is coming to an end) and she has loved every minute of it, and has had some wonderful opportunities along the way..
Go with your gut instinct, and if you can go and visit your favourite places on a normal working day if they allow , to get a real feel of the place.
Good luck with your decision xxxx :D

Just wondered if anyone else has heard anything from Laine at all? There has been nothing in the post again today :(

Has anyone received any information about the reserve list at all?

Feeling ill with all of this it's so stressful!!!

Good luck to all those dc's who are still awaiting a decision!

Hi Dancelover

Huge congratulations to your dd how fantastic =D>

My heart sinks a little more as every day goes by without any news!

She's in a very fortunate position with DaDA offers from both Bird and Performers but Laine is her absolute top choice and I know that is where her heart is!

It will be a tough choice between the other two will just have to cross that bridge if and when we get there.

Thinking of everyone going through all of this right now!

Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Hi Dancelover

Still no news again today

I really don't know what to think!!!

I don't know enough people going through the process to know whether all the yes's have already gone out or whether people have still been getting yes's this week.

My dd is getting more and more disheartened every day

Hi Suej

I have known results get lost in the post, my DD didn't receive her letter from the performing arts college, they had put the wrong address on the letter. I would ask DD to ring them to find out if anything has been posted out.

Hi kzgirl

Many thanks for your reply. I will certainly get her to do that if we haven't heard anything by Friday. I have heard of some people getting emails as well as letters. It's so difficult to focus on anything until we know the outcome.

Where is your dd training?

Oh no ..... still no news ggggrrrrr ! I would maybe email them , you've done well hanging on . You don't want to leave it too long as if successful you probably have a time limit to fill out forms etc .
Really keeping everything crossed for your dd , No news is good news so they say ! X
