Imperium?

My daughter has been asked to self tape for Imperium. All new for us and just feeling our way! I have seen from previous posts that they seem nice but charge quite a high commission. Just wondered if anyone has any recent experience with them? We are looking at other agencies too.

Just wanted to add: I have just seen a very bad (quite recent) review of them elsewhere on the internet...that they don't care about their clients... anybody with them / had experience of them who can say something different???
