I totally understand - frustrating for you all
I’ll try and find out for you if she knew her place on the reserve list x
I have no idea about the accepting of offers, etc as we’ve never had one...

Thanks ;)

Ditto here. Did anyone get an email - Just wondering if successful ones get email as well and everyone else just gets notified via track??

DD got a no for GSA today - in line with what we were expecting but still a little bit sad.
Sorry to hear about your DD’s news :(

Re Trinity, a friend of DD got an email at 6ish today and she was sadly unsuccessful. DD has not had any email but checked anyway because her friend messaged her just before CUCAS went offline and it said she was on the reserve list. So it looks like we could be in for a long wait. Has anyone been in this situation with Trinity and is it poss to find out where you are on reserve list and how likely it is to be offered a place?

Good luck to all when CUCAS gets going again (highly frustrating timing).
Congrats to your DD Felicity that’s great news

Really sorry to hear that Marissa. It’s such a difficult thing as a parent too. We feel so much for them going through it all. I am glad to hear the Manchester option seems good and also a bit distracting. Xx

So very sorry to hear that Marissa I hope Manchester goes well. My DD got a no as well - think she’s a bit low but she has told me she’s definitely not giving up and has already thought of lots of things she’ll do differently next time. It’s hard when they get a few No’s in a row and don’t have time to bounce back. We’ve got PPA Wednesday so hopefully confidence will be back up then. Do you find out about Manchester today or is it a wait again?

Good luck to everyone who’s still waiting.

Thankyou all x I think I'm prob more upset for her than she is x she is crumbled but she picks up fast x Arden offered her a HNC level 4 with the UCEN that they are linked with so she has the place. We just needed to check out the campus. It's a way of polishing up her skills before she tries again this/next yr x student finance so we are looking at it as a foundation yr x

In really sorry coolcats xxx
You're so right about a few no's together is so hard for them...and us!
Good luck for your next one xx

Yes you're right Marissa they bounce back quick - they have to don't they as that's the industry x
I bet your DD will be like a different girl at the auditions for next year
My son said he didn't realize how much he needed to do the foundation year until he was a few weeks into it xx
