Italia Conti BA MT
Hi, I just wondered if anyone had any of their dc training on the MT BA at Conti and could give an honest review? Wgat the training is like, the atmosphere, the balance between the disciplines, the singing teaching amounts and whether they enjoy it really! By PM if preferred! One of my students has been accepted and has to choose between here and another couple of options but he doesn't know anyone on the course at Conti so I said I'd ask on here. Thank you very much for your help xx

I can’t help but on mumsnet there is a 2024 drama school thread and I’m sure one of the people posting has a daughter at Italia Conti

Re: Italia Conti BA MT
Sorry I have come to this late my DD has just finished the 2nd year of the BA MT. It is definitely a true triple threat course with even time on each discipline. She has had one individual singing lesson a week which has felt has been good quality (she had very good singing teachers before she went to Conti). The academic side she has found hard as she has a visual processing disorder, but there is good student support and she has done well.
DD is a perfectionist who works very hard, she has been frustrated with people who don’t put in as much effort as she does. But this has been recognised by staff and she has felt that in group work her contribution has been recognised.
As a parent I have felt that welfare has been good for a variety of reasons she has some anxiety and they have keep a check on her.
