Acting courses in US

Hi,

Bit of an odd question but im travelling in America next summer and considering (if possible) attending an acting course whilst im out there, most probably in LA or NY but I will be quite flexible on location. Im hoping to find a 1 (or 2) week intensive or something similar and for a reasonable price i.e what we pay here in UK for an intensive course at GSA etc. Its a bit of an odd info request so might not get any answers but im hoping that someone might be able to point me in the right direction or have a bit of knowledge on it or experience.
